Projects / Delivered Work / Mid-Atlantic
A spec-sheet index of completed work for general contractors and commercial developers evaluating JLS Brick & Block for upcoming bids. Filter by sector, scroll the ledger, and pull the data points your procurement team will ask for first.

Five core sectors we self-perform with in-house crews. Use the row below to jump straight to the delivery record that mirrors the work you're pricing — every project is bond-grade, ledger-grade, and referenceable.
/ Delivered work — spec index
Each tile reads as a project datasheet — name, GC partner, location, square footage, block or brick count, delivery year — not a marketing case study. Filter the four squares below by sector or ask the estimating desk for a longer list in your bid package.

Logged on commercial job sites across the last decade — every hour W-2, no day-labor layers.
Bonded capacity per project, $180M aggregate — never lost a bond claim in 38 years.
OSHA Total Recordable Incident Rate — about one sixth the masonry industry average of 2.6.
Average punch-list close-out, against an industry standard of roughly 21 days.
/ Repeat general-contractor partners
The strongest procurement signal in commercial masonry is a GC that signs you again. Three firms below have released more than eighteen projects to JLS — the rest sit on an active RFP list we can confirm under NDA.
A full reference list — including project superintendents and completion letters — is provided on request with a signed NDA.

Crews scale from 30 to 220 masons inside three days through a bonded W-2 labor pool. In-house scaffolding and mast-climbers (worth $8.2M) eliminate rental mark-ups on warehouse shells that routinely run past 200 feet of wall. 340+ industrial projects logged since 1986, anchored by the Liberty Logistics 1.4M-block shell in 2022 — our largest single delivery to date.
The vast majority of our multi-family work is brick veneer on wood or steel stud — block firewalls on the interior, balcony masonry where specified. Our detailers model each elevation in Revit before mobilization so the layout grid lands inside tolerance of the framer's first-floor chalk lines. 280+ multi-family projects on the ledger, including Crescent at the Junction (412K units, 2023).
Schools and hospitals lean on consistent detail — every toilet room, every stair, every mechanical chase the same elevation, the same coursing, the same tie-in. Our detailers run BIM-level clash detection against the structural and MEP model before a single block is laid, which is why our punch-list average holds below four business days against a 21-day industry standard. 170+ institutional projects on record.
For facades under historic-review jurisdiction, we deliver a written condition survey before mobilization, source brick from regional manufacturers matched to the original kiln run, and document every mortar joint for the historic preservation officer. Our restoration team has completed projects on the National Register of Historic Places without a single reviewer-driven rework — references available with a signed NDA.
