Bid Intake / Estimating Desk Form 04-B · Rev. 03/24

Send the bid. We'll scope it like an engineer reads drawings.

Direct intake for general contractors and developer procurement teams across the Mid-Atlantic. This form routes straight to [email protected] — not a marketing inbox. Average first-pass turnaround on a complete bid packet: 3 business days.

  • Bonded up to $45M single project / $180M aggregate
  • Licensed in PA, NJ, DE, MD, NY, VA, WV
  • 220+ W-2 masons — no day-labor layers
  • OSHA TRIR 0.42 — 1/6 the industry average
Submission Spec · 01 of 04

What to send so we can return a real number, not a placeholder.

A bid packet missing two of the four items below is the single most common reason an estimator hands back a "TBD" line item. Send all four and our average first-pass response drops from 9 days to 3.

01

Drawing Package

Sealed architectural and structural sheets (PDF), plus BIM/Revit model with masonry layers broken out. We run clash detection in-house before a single brick is laid.

  • — Plan, elevation, section views
  • — Wall types & reinforcement
  • — BIM model (Revit / IFC preferred)
02

Specs & Scope Letter

CSI Division 04 sections, any addenda issued to date, the GC's scope letter, and your standard contract form (AIA, ConsensusDocs, or owner-furnished).

  • — Division 04 masonry spec
  • — Addenda log (issued & pending)
  • — Draft subcontract
03

Schedule & Bid Window

Master schedule with masonry milestones, the bid due date and time, and any pre-bid site walk or RFI cutoff. Late packet = late bid; we won't fake a number to hit a clock.

  • — Bid due date / time (incl. TZ)
  • — Construction start & masonry window
  • — Liquidated damages clause
04

Project & GC Context

Owner, GC firm, architect, project address, estimated construction value, and whether bond/P&P bonds are required. Tells us which estimator to assign and which state license to pull.

  • — GC firm & PM contact
  • — Estimated construction value
  • — Bond & insurance requirements
